Book Signing and Lecture

 Saturday, May 17 – 1:30 PM

“Balance in Taijiquan:  How Taiji Balance Boosts Health and Builds Inner Strength”  Master Ong will discuss how Taiji (Tai Chi) is extraordinarily useful in helping to improve an individual’s health and balance in daily life.  In fact, the balance created is more than just physical balance – it enhances the mind/body axis which facilitates the development of inner strength.  Master Ong will be demonstrating some of the principles involved, and will be answering questions.

Master Ong will be signing copies of his book.
Bring your book along.   He will also have a limited number of copies available for sale.
