The Combined-42 Forms routine incorporates movements from several Tai Chi Families: Yang, Sun, Chen and Wu. The 42 forms express the essential principles and important characteristics of these for Family Styles. The routine is based primarily on Yang Family Style. This session will focus initially on the first section of the routine, which is comprised of 11 postures, mostly Yang postures. This is an advanced beginner/intermediate session. Some familiarity with Yang Style will be useful. The fee for this session will be the Center’s usual $40 per month. This will be a virtual session and will begin on Wednesday, March 17 at noon.
